This document outlines the patient enrollment process for the BATWatch™ Program (“BATWatch”), operated by Silver House Healthcare, LLC (“Silver House”). It describes the steps required to establish a patient-provider relationship, comply with telehealth regulations, and ensure eligibility for ongoing program participation.
1. Overview of Enrollment Process
Participation in BATWatch requires completion of the following steps to meet federal and state telehealth regulations and insurance requirements:
Initial Telehealth Consultation: We schedule a telehealth visit for one of our providers to go over your initial medical history.
In-Person Visit: All new patients are required to do an “in-person” for insurance coverage on telehealth.
Ongoing Telehealth Services: After the in-person visit, everything else is done via Telehealth.
Regulatory Compliance: The enrollment process complies with current federal and state telehealth laws to ensure patients have continued access to vital testing and healthcare services.
Telehealth Continuity: Ongoing telehealth services are subject to insurance rules, which may require periodic in-person visits for coverage.
This enrollment process is part of Silver House’s commitment to reducing regulatory barriers and streamlining access to cognitive health services under the BATWatch Program.
