Upon receiving a complaint, Silver House will review it and notify the alleged infringer, who will have 10 business days to respond. Silver House will facilitate dispute resolution and may consult third-party legal counsel if needed.

Otherwise, Silver House will forward your complaint and contact information to the allegedly infringing party, who will have 10 business days to provide a response. If no response is received within 10 business days, Silver House may remove any allegedly infringing material or disable the allegedly infringing account.
